Day 1 (Afternoon):

Day 3:
Strength and Balance
Build strength and balance through unconventional practices that go beyond traditional asanas. Explore dynamic movements and balance techniques, cultivating physical resilience and stability, while reflecting on the balance between strength and softness.
Day 2 (Afternoon): Flexibility Without Limits
Delve deeper into advanced flexibility by challenging the limits of traditional postures. Techniques for dynamic stretching and myofascial release will be explored, with a focus on integrating these practices into a more fluid and expansive approach to yoga.
Day 4:
Awareness and Curiosity
Focus on developing awareness and curiosity in your practice. Challenge the norms of yoga by creating personalized sequences that reflect your individuality. The day will culminate in an integration session, bringing together all the learnings in a final, holistic practice that emphasizes exploration and inner growth.

With over a decade of experience as a triathlon and running coach, Jorge Quero has guided more than 500 athletes to achieve their peak physical condition. He extends this expertise into the yoga sphere, where he has been practicing for over ten years and teaching since 2020. Jorge is a RYT500 certified instructor with 700 hours of training in a range of styles including traditional Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing.
Jorge's unique teaching style is expansive, welcoming influences from various disciplines while eschewing limitations and fixed rules. His approach to yoga asana goes beyond physical practice; he views it as a profound tool for self-discovery, care, improvement, and healing. His teaching philosophy can be encapsulated by the belief in embodying the body of an athlete, the mind of a stoic, the spirit of a warrior, and the heart of a poet.
An experienced facilitator, Jorge has organized and hosted over 20 transformative yoga teacher trainings and plant medicine retreats. His educational background in Holistic Psychology enriches his workshops, enabling a deeper exploration of mind-body-spirit connections.
